Founder & President

Scott has 15 years of experience in residential real estate investment (single family and multifamily).  His real estate experience includes value-add project management, GC and subcontractor management, asset turnaround, commercial debt financing, equity syndication, and investor relations.

In addition, he has 20 years of experience in commercial banking as an acquisition finance underwriter and portfolio manager serving corporate clients in the energy upstream / midstream sectors.
